Since 1965, Lincoln Property Company has distinguished itself as an innovator in real estate development and management. This includes residential, retail, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-use developments with a presence in more than 200 markets worldwide. Our management expertise also extends to include affordable and student housing, as well as conventional property management for third-party owners.
In 2001, Lincoln formed a private-public partnership with the Department of Defense to develop a new approach to military housing. Named Lincoln Military Housing, it is an affiliate of Lincoln Property Company created to focus exclusively on meeting the needs of the Armed Services and their constituents. Today, Lincoln has developed and managed more than 31,000 military family homes across the nation.
